Transmit temperature and humidity data anywhere over cellular network or any wired or wireless LAN with a 500 Series data logger. Store readings automatically to your FTP site or on free cloud account for monitoring real-time readings from anywhere in the world.

  • Logger Models

With 6 models to choose from, our new Series 500 data loggers can record ambient temperatures in freezers down to -76°F, and high temperature applications to 3,000°F using optional probes. Select a model that uses external Thermistors, 3- or 4-wire RTDs, or Thermocouples to monitor and record temperatures of cold rooms, ovens, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, lab equipment and more. For humidity measurements, choose from two standard temp and humidity loggers and record temps from -22 to 176°F and humidity from 0 to 99% RH.

    Data Collectors

Choose from 5 optional data collection devices to transmit and store recorded data. For monitoring one location, readings can be collected directly to a LAN via USB to a central PC, or through a wired or wireless hub. For remote monitoring, a cellular network hub can be used with a cellular SIM card to transmit data through an existing cellular network. Once data is collected and stored to the user-selected location, readings can be accessed by all internal or external parties. An optional handheld unit can be used to collect data wirelessly up to 500 feet (150m) and then downloaded to a central PC for storage.

With data stored to the T&D WebStorage Service, you can view data in real-time, set groups and custom views, report archived data to T&G Graph software, and share with all users and devices with active browsers. You'll pay a monthly fee with most logging systems, but not with ThermoWorks. Web storage is free up to 20MB.

Each 500 Series logger includes customizable alarms that send email or text message alerts when alarm conditions are met. Also included is free data analytic software for charting trends, printing graphs, exporting to Excel, and viewing history data. Each logger can record up to 16,000 readings with temperature accuracy to ±0.3°C.

Eliminate paper logs and mounds of filing with a Series 500 logger and securely store your valuable temperature and humidity data from anywhere for quick, easy viewing at your desktop PC.

T&D Graph & Data Analysis Software

The newly designed software "T&D Graph" gives you greater management and analyzing power for dealing with the recorded data (TRZ format) collected from RTR-500 Series loggers.

T&D Graph allows you to read larger numbers of recorded data files (TRZ format) into the same graph, merge data, view and save data various ways. It can be downloaded free of charge here.

This versatile graph tool not only allows the user to directly access data stored in the WebStorage Service, but the user can also specify conditions such as time period for which data to view and analyze.

It is also possible to sample and filter data, add memos and write comments directly on the graph, as well as, save data to CSV Format for use with common spreadsheet software.

Fits our application perfectly
We use these to monitor stability test environmental chambers. Why I like them:

1. Accurate and precise, and can be calibrated to ISO17025 standards.

2. Small

3. Visible readings of current temperature and relative humidity

4. Probe can be extended to allow optimum location of both sensor and logger (for good RF contact with base station).

5. Easy to mount

6. Data are uploaded to our ftp server automatically. Nobody has to remember to read anything out or download data from logger itself.

7. Data are in XML format, which is easy to parse via software I wrote.

8. Alarm function can notify us of conditions going out of safe range
