Did you catch the Alton Brown BBQ special “Right on Q” that aired over the weekend? It is one of the final 3 episodes of Good Eats in which he uses several ThermoWorks products. The Thermapen and the TW8060 Two-Channel Thermocouple With Alarm. The Thermapen is of course a long-time favorite and the TW8060 is a new item. One channel has a user programmable alarm so you can measure your food temp while the other channel can be used for ambient or grill temps. It’s inexpensive and easy to use.

    And thanks for telling everyone what type of product AB used, people are very interested.
    I bought a Thermapen because of AB using on Good Eats and it has been one of the best kitchen equipment purchases I’ve made.
