Original Oven Thermometer/TimerRated “Best of the bunch” by the leading home cook’s magazine, the ThermoWorks TW362B can be set to an exact temperature of your choice to determine the correct doneness of your food to your own taste. No little pictures of cows, pigs or chickens with factory set alarms for rare, medium or well-done. Instead, you can use “chef recommended” temperatures and set it a few degrees lower to allow for continued rise during “resting” of meats outside the oven. More Info |

Thanks and Merry Everything!
Here you go, Pamela: http://www.thermoworks.com/pdf/ThermoWorks_Warranty.pdf
I just purchased a Thermapen as a wedding shower gift. I have had my Thermapen for more than 5 years and label it as the kitchen tool I wouldn’t be without.
With the gift came two books. Using Your Thermapen and Thermoworks for Food. Where can I get a copy of these as mine didn’t come with these?
Hi, Suzette,
Thanks for giving the gift of fast, accurate temperature control! That new bride should count you among her closest friends!
You can request complimentary copies of both of those publications here: http://thermoworks.com/contact_mailing_list_request_info.html Just fill out your name, email and shipping address and be sure to click both “Send me the Home User Product Guide” and “Send me the Thermapen User’s Guidebook.”
Is there any sort of clip so I can use my Thermapen while making candy? I need both hands and would love to clip it to the side of my pot.
Alison, A huge number of candy makers swear by the Thermapen but we think that most do not use a pan clip with it. The Thermapen is so fast you can quickly check the sugar repeatedly as it progresses. Most of the time you will have both hands free. In theory the Thermapen can be clipped to the pan but it would be a little top heavy and unwieldy – we don’t recommend it.
