Effective against a wide range of bacteria including "Listeria" and "Salmonella." Each wipe is pre-saturated with a broad spectrum anti-bacterial solution that is odorless and does not taint food. Single sachets are handy to carry and can be used by simply puncturing with your probe and running it back and forth. Mini tubs easily fit in a pocket or drawer. Large tubs are economical and can be mounted close to the point of usage.
