When you’re in an awkward spot and you can’t see your thermometer display, or your hands are full and you want to retain a reading so you can write it down in a minute or two, just press the hold button on the 2003 to lock-in the current reading. You’ll also like the slimmer enclosure of the 2003. It fits the hand nicely. Use it with any type K thermocouple for great versatility, professional speed and reliable accuracy. Options include a rubber boot, the waterproof pouch and two sizes of attaché cases.
