For foodservice professionals temperature monitoring is critical. That's why the Fluke FoodPro thermometers work together to provide a complete temperature monitoring system. Instant and accurate infrared (IR) scanning provides surface temperature readings with no danger of cross-contamination while a probe quickly confirms the internal temperature.

The easy-to-use, accurate and reliable Raytek FoodPro thermometer is every foodservice worker's first line of defense against potentially dangerous food surface temperatures. The FoodPro, a noncontact, instant HACCP temperature scanner, quickly measures the surface temperature of food and signals “safe” or “unsafe” readings HACCP Check lights.

The Raytek FoodPro™ thermometer is an instant IR temperature scanner with a HACCP Check feature to quickly verify temperatures in or near the 40°F to 140°F HACCP Danger Zone where bacteria grow most rapidly.
