The HiTemp150 temperature loggers are rugged, submersible, battery powered, stand alone devices which can be used to automatically record temperatures between -40 and 150°C. These all in one compact, portable, easy to use devices are able to measure and record up to 32,767 temperature measurements.
The HiTemp150 features a 2" rigid external probe with fast response time to ensure accurate temperature readings and is ideal for use in harsh environments. Its real time clock ensures that all the data is time and date stamped. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged.

The HITEMP150-FP includes an external probe for flexibility with a penetration tip for recording temperature of foods, ovens, and other products during heating. Each unit includes a 4" SST probe with 2-feet of cable capable of recording temperature from -40 to 150°C.

The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The HiTemp150 makes data retrieval quick and easy. Simply plug the device into an empty COM or USB port and our user-friendly software does the rest.

The HiTemp150-TSK and HiTemp150-FP-TSK kits include a HiTemp150 data logger and thermal shield. Theses durable systems can withstand temperatures up to 250ºC (482ºF). The device is easy to use, simply activate the logger, open the enclosure, insert the HiTemp150, thread the probe through the end cap and screw it back onto the barrier body. The system is then ready to use. The HiTemp150-TSK units are built for applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as peanut roasting and food processing.
