Now there’s a HACCP recording system for temperature data that’s flexible, accurate, and FREE! The ThermaPalm Basic Plus Recording Software loads directly onto your PDA and gives you the flexibility to record temperatures anywhere and organize your readings by location via pre-loaded labels.
The setup utility allows loading of operators, up to 100 labels, and user notes that get synchronized to the PDA in drop down lists for quick recall. Each measurement label or location includes hi and low limit parameters and a pass/fail result in the output file. Files can be emailed or stored on network files for a total corporate quality program.
