The new RTR-61 is a handheld recording thermometer with wireless capability. Now you can record anywhere in the restaurant or factory and send the data wirelessly to your PC or network hub.

Record date, time, operator, temperature, and food item with every data point for your HACCP program. No more notebooks or manual records. No more guessing, fudging, or reworking reports. The data is stored electronically and easily saved in text format for easy reporting.

Each food item is pre-set with high and low limits so you'll know instantly if there's a problem with the RTR-61's alert LEDs. A single record button makes taking readings easy for any staffer to perform. With wireless access you can send notes and messages to any RTR-61 units on the network.

Communicate from a single PC or via the network to up to 64 units. With networking enabled, data can be downloaded, saved, email, or printed from any network location. If you've been looking for a total HACCP recording solution look no further.
