With an optic ratio of 5:1, food grade accuracy, an expanded range, and included Cal. Cert., RayTemp 2 Plus infrared thermometer is the ideal instrument for close range, non-contact temperature measurements. Simply depress the measure button to take a non-contact measurement. Once you release the button, the display holds the reading for 30 seconds so you can bring the instrument closer to your view. The auto-rotating display is also very helpful for quick readings.
