	Diane Orders and Stuff Want to place an order by phone? Diane has worked here longer than anybody. If she can't answer your question, she knows who can. And, she's really, really nice. If you have a delivery or credit card problem, she'll help solve it.
	Kevin Sales Man Kevin does a little bit of everything including technical sales. He can help you pick the best instrument for the job, write up the order, get it shipped on time, and tell you everything you always wanted to know about buying a MAC. He's our techno-geek.
	Andy Sales Man If you use thermometers in a commercial application, Andy can help. He's also our resident expert in dataloggers and pH meters (chemistry degree). He's supposed to be our high-pressure sales guy, but we don't think he can even spell commission. However, he does excellent follow-up and will find the answers you need.
	Dallen Sales Manager Dallen is a seasoned pro from the temperature standards business. He knows instrumentation and industrial/commercial applications. If you need lots of thermometers, talk to Dallen. He'll hone in on your needs and problems and will find the right solution for you.
	Charlie Technical Service Need service? Charlie has been fixing Thermapens and helping customers for years. If your thermometer fell victim to teenage brutality or it just went blank, he'll sort it out. Speak loudly if you call, he spent too many years listening to loud music. Or click on his left ear and he'll be able to read your email.
	Amanda Technical Service Got a service problem? Your thermometer mysteriously quit working? And all you did was drop it in the deep fryer? If it can be fixed, we'll fix it. If it can't, we'll find something to make you feel better. Just roll your pointer over Amanda's nose and click hard.
	Amber Calibration Lab Need a calibration? Amber was trained in one of the leading temperature labs in the world. She knows quite a bit about thermometer accuracy, and she knows our products very well. If you use our products in a commercial environment and you want to talk calibration, talk to Amber.
	Madeleine Accounting We keep Madeleine very busy, but if you've got a question about an accounting issue, she will gladly help. No matter how hectic things are at her desk, she will always give you her full and very kind attention.
	Tom Vice President Tom has about 1,214 job responsibilities. Chances are he will know something about any issue you can think of. His main expertise is sales and marketing. If you need thermometers for a corporate wide program, Tom can get involved. If you just have a problem and don't know where else to turn, Tom will listen.
	Randy Owen Chief ThermoWorker Our people try hard and if there's a mistake at our end, they'll normally solve it pretty quickly. If we fall short in any way, drop me an email. I am happy to read suggestions, too. I can't promise we'll do exactly what everybody wants all the time, but we're growing fast because so many customers end up thrilled with our products and service.
