The Close Focus Infrared Thermometer measures surface temperatures precisely to 0.1" (2.5mm). This infrared Thermometer is great for electronic components, laboratory measurements, and research. Most infrared thermometers require a minimum of 0.75" diameter spot area. Now you can measure tiny areas with precision.
The Close Focus Infrared Thermometer's multi-line display includes a real-time clock and measurement of ambient temperature for convenience. Other features include Min/Max, Hold, adjustable emissivity, and built-in stop watch. This infrared thermometer will allow you to measure temperatures from -67°F to 428°F at 0.7" (18mm) distance.
You won't find a comparable close focusing infrared thermometer for under $200. It works great for circuit boards, electrical components, precision heat testing, plastic molding, and laboratory use.
