The alarm is so easy-to-set you probably won’t need the instructions. After an alarm sounds, it will stop again when the temperature returns to acceptable limits. The display includes a low battery indicator and an open-circuit alert if the probe fails. One handheld probe is included with each thermometer. Add other probes as needed.
