New TW362B
The original version of this product has probably been the most widely chosen oven-cooking alarm in the market. It’s not easy to improve on that but we have. From customer comments, the most frequently suggested new feature has been an On/Off switch to save on battery life. (The old one couldn’t be shut off but batteries lasted months.) So, we’ve updated the housing to a more robust design and added a slide switch so the unit can be powered off. The proven circuit is the same and the button arrangement is slightly improved. The well-loved simplicity has been kept so you won’t need to find the instructions each time you set an alarm. The new stylish housing folds the display up for counter use or flat for less obtrusive magnetic mounting to an appliance door.
Replacement Probes
Probe cables are not completely waterproof and you should also avoid (or shield them from) ultra-high temperatures such as very near cooking elements, flames or coals. If you use care the probe should last a long time. However, our replacement probes are very affordable so you can keep one or two on-hand in case yours burns out. All probes are carefully tested at the factory to make sure they are accurate when you get them. This probe works with both the new TW362B and the retired TW362A.
This is a huge kitchen favorite in commercial and home kitchens as well as industrial and lab use. Comparable units cost $29. Easy as 1-2-3
Insert probe into meat portion. Close probe wire into oven door and connect to thermometer on counter. Set desired food temperature and remove when alarm sounds. Takes the guess work out of cooking.

Great for sauces, candy making, and reheating. Optional probe holder clips to side of any pot to hold in place. Alarms when done.
