High Temp Handheld Probe

Model: 103-212/303-212

ThermoWorks Image		 A popular general purpose probe that will withstand a very wide temperature range. The shaft is mineral-insulated stainless steel that can be bent without adversely affecting performance. Use this probe for liquids and hot air or gases.
Range: -58 to 2012°F (-50 to 1100°C)
Handle (ABS blend): Max temp 221°F (105°C)
Cable: 14 to 221°F (-10 to 105°C)
Time Constant: Less than 2 seconds typical in liquid. Less than 10 seconds full reading.

1/16" Dia. High Temp Probe

ThermoWorks Image		 Same as above but with a 1/16" diameter sheath. This version provides faster response times and the probe is a bit easier to bend for fitting into holes or between objects.

Beverage Probe

ThermoWorks Image		 Originally designed to measure milk shake temperatures in the fast food industry. Also ideal for other hot or cold beverages. Fits neatly into the straw hole of a cup lid. The disk at the top of the probe can be used as a stop to easily ensure measurement at a uniform depth.
