The maximum temperature listed for the probes applies to the sensor itself. Plastic handles and thermocouple plugs are rated for short term exposure of 250°F (121°C) and extended exposure of 212°F (100°C).

Needle Microprobes

Model: MT-x

Fast-response needle probes for instant readings in tissue, semi-solids, liquids. Also for very small specimens, powders and materials. Needle tip is sealed to ensure only stainless contacts specimen. Max Temp. 200°C (392°F). 5 ft. lead. Smallest microprobes give fastest reading. Short probes are easier to insert and last longer.
