With a case rating of IP66/67, this new thermometer won’t fail you if your staff drops it on the floor or in the sink. It’s waterproof and built from extruded aluminum with protruding rubber seals for impact resistance. And, there are only two buttons to press. All you need to know is how to turn it on and hold the current reading so you can write it down.
What about performance? The Therma Plus displays temperature on its big digit display with a meter accuracy of ±0.5°F from 32°F to 212°F. Each one is individually calibrated in an accredited lab and ships to you with a NIST Traceable calibration report.
Each Therma Plus includes a Type K Thermocouple socket for connecting a huge variety of probes to match your exacting application. Choose a surface probe, general immersion probe for liquids, a penetration probe for frozen foods or meats, or a high temperature wire probe for smokers or ovens. Whatever the need we’ll find a probe that will work!
