Its 4.3-inch diameter keeps the probe floating on top of hot or cold liquids while measuring beneath the surface with an embedded commercial-grade temperature sensor. Keep your staff safe and off ladders and countertops trying to reach into the top of soft ice cream dispensers. Readings can be viewed at eye level with connected Pro-Series meters.

Connect the Pro-Series Floating Probe to DOT Alarm Thermometer and with its magnetic back, view readings at where you want them from all holding areas.
