Need to return a product?
Only products purchased directly from ThermoWorks are eligible* for exchanges, returns, or in-store credit. If you need to begin that process, please contact us directly via call, chat, or email and one of our Utah-based ThermoWorkers will gladly assist.
Most unused products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase so long as they are in their original packaging and are in resellable condition. Typical examples of this include exchanges for a different size, or color, or for a similar, but different model or configuration of the same product. If your equipment appears to be malfunctioning, please call our Technical Support team for troubleshooting assistance and for additional warranty, repair, and replacement options.
If a product is returned without a return authorization number, is damaged, worn, or is missing parts or packaging, a restocking fee may be assessed. Clothing must be returned in new condition and with all tags attached. Custom or special-order products, shipping charges, and calibration services are non-refundable.
*All warranty claims will be handled by ThermoWorks. If you purchased a ThermoWorks product from an authorized dealer, do not return the product to a retail store. Contact us directly and we’ll be glad to assist.

Warranty Information
Most ThermoWorks instruments carry a two-year warranty and guarantee against defects in either components or workmanship. A few have five-year warranties. All other products are covered by a one-year warranty. During this period, products that prove to be defective will, at the discretion of ThermoWorks, be either repaired or replaced, without charge. This warranty does not apply to probes, where a six-month period is offered. The six-month period may also apply to a probe where it is an integral part of an instrument.
