Applying 16 T-Grip to temperature profiling of an Electric Heated Sauna.

"Since the handles of the T-Grip is only designed to handle temperatures to 50 degrees C I had to place them inside of some cast iron frying pan handle covers. Temperatures reach over 92+ degrees C in the sauna. This covering protects the handle and I have obtained excellent results in my studies. They replaced the DishTemps I was using because the DishTemps were not accurate after long exposure to the high temperatures (80 to 90 degrees C). They were still valid at ranges below 55 degrees C. This hasn’t been a problem with the T-Grips so far."
