The Low Cost Oven Cooking Probe is a simpler version of our Oven Cooking Probe. There is no handle, but the stainless steel probe is still swaged and pointed and you get a 78" PTFE cable. This probe is a good choice if you want a budget solution or want a lower cost replacement solution. PTFE cable can be closed in oven doors although you'll want to avoid flames or temperatures higher than 500°F. Longer cables available upon request.
