The High Temp Alligator Clip Oven Probe is used by commercial kitchens to calibrate and profile ovens. A stainless steel overbraid protects the probe and a fiberglass inner sheath protects the 120" lead. The clip can be easily attached to an oven rack and allows you to place it right where you need it. Great for temporary monitoring of oven temps during roasting or baking.

Cable: -103 to 900°F (-75 to 482°C)
Time Constant: Less than 1 seconds typical in liquid. Less than 5 seconds full reading.
Accuracy: ±0.9°F (±0.5°C) from 32 to 212°F (0 to 100°C)
