BlueDOT combines the simplicity of DOT, top-rated oven alarm thermometer, with the connectivity of Bluetooth wireless technology giving you one simple, connected, and powerful thermometer. Simply set your temperature target with the up or down buttons, or right from your smartphone, and BlueDOT will beep when it gets there. Hear your alarms on BlueDOT and your smart device with the free mobile app. The wireless connection also allows you to track max/min temperatures and graph your cook. BlueDOT has big, easy-to-read digits, backlit display, molded-in splash-proof seals, and a commercial-grade housing making it a durable, user-friendly tool. It comes with a ThermoWorks Pro-Series probe with a cable that withstands 700°F (370°C), a fold-out stand, and a magnetic back for surface mounting. BlueDOT works with any of the optional Pro-Series probes outlasting all competitors. Intended for commercial food service, BlueDOT beats houseware brands for simplicity and durability.

BlueDOT is designed to track temperatures over an extended period of time with moderate-heat cooking methods such as smoking, oven-roasting, deep-frying, homebrewing, and Sous Vide and to be used while grilling. BlueDOT is not meant to be used in place of a digital instant-read thermometer, such as a Thermapen MK4 or a ThermoPop, or used with broiling.

Only two buttons to learn - Up and Down! No complicated programming, no flashing piggies, chickens or cows. Made for people who know what they're doing in the kitchen and who don't want to get bogged down in gadgetry or hemmed-in by someone else's "pre-programmed doneness". Set your own temperatures, faster than anything out there. When the alarm sounds, you can quickly add a few degrees just by tapping the Up button.

Use BlueDOT for Sous Vide, roasting, baking, smoking, breads, pastries, candy making, home brewing, and lots more. The included 4" probe can be used for hundreds of things and versatility is expanded by six optional Pro-Series probes. Exclusive to Signals, DOT, ChefAlarm, Smoke, and Smoke X. Pro-Series temperature probes are built to last in commercial kitchens. The included Pro-Series High Temp Cooking Probe measures to 572°F with a cable max temp to 700°F for short term exposure. This is the highest rated probe of its class. Probes store away in the included padded case for storage. Pro-Series probes do not operate with other products.
