"I recently ordered my 4th and 5th ThermoPops and I got my sister to order a couple of them. I wanted to order a replacement cover for my purple one but didn’t see an option for that. When I called the company, not only did they make one available to me but they included it free of charge with my order. Fantastic customer service! I just found that my white one is also missing a cover (our cats’ favorite play toy) so I need to come up with a better system for storing the cover while the thermometer is in use. not sure I am using thermopop currently. I seem to get hight readings. What is the correct way to use it?
Make sure you’re inserting the tip fully into the thickest part of the meat (not the surface or near bone) and give it a couple seconds to settle. If you slowly pull it through, you’ll find the true internal temp.
