not sure I am using thermopop currently. I seem to get hight readings. What is the correct way to use it?
Make sure you’re inserting the tip fully into the thickest part of the meat (not the surface or near bone) and give it a couple seconds to settle. If you slowly pull it through, you’ll find the true internal temp.
