"I purchased 3 of these, and they've all broken. The ""cup"" part of the holder is somehow fused to the backer plate. When removing the thermapen, if you put and tension (outward) on the cup, it will simply break off."

"I absolutely love my Thermapen and certainly want to keep it in good working order. The wall mount bracket stores it securely while using hardly any space. I can be assured that it won't be damaged by the utensils I keep in a drawer. I highly recommend it for the serious cook who wants an immediate and accurate !temperature reading with the Thermapen which is always at your fingertips"
