Franklin's book is easy to understand

"This book is easy to understand if you have already attempted to smoke meat. I bought it because it was driving me crazy trying to get a beef brisket right. Read the book and you shoulds be able to produce great smoked meat. My family now wants to eat my smoked food and I don't need hamburgers to back up another failure."
