Billows is an automatic BBQ control fan that keeps your smoker at a steady target temperature — without constant vent adjustments or fire tending. Paired with a compatible ThermoWorks controller (RFX GATEWAY™, Signals™, Smoke X™, and ThermaQ® 2), Billows regulates airflow into your smoker, increasing or reducing oxygen as needed to maintain consistent heat throughout long cooks.
Once connected, Billows takes over the hard part of low-and-slow cooking. It brings your smoker up to temperature quickly, stabilizes heat with minimal overshoot, and helps recover faster after opening the lid. That control translates to fewer flare-ups and more consistent results over long cooks, whether you’re smoking brisket overnight or running a long weekend rib cook.

Billows is made to work with most smokers. Some applications may require an optional mounting kit.
Kamado style smoker Mounting Plates for Billows
Large Plate: 3.54 H x 3.01 W x 0.01 D inches (90 H x 76.5 W x 0.5 D mm)
Small Plate: 3.11 H x 2.75 W x 0.01 D inches (79 H x 70 W x 0.5 D mm)
Both Mounting Plates have a 1.25 x 1.25 inch (33 x 33mm) center opening.
