Best fish fry thermometer

"This thermometer made my last fish really easy on my Camp Chef burner. The magnet allowed the display to be mounted away from the fry pan and the ThermoWorks silicone probe holder kept the probe perfectly in place. The high and low temp alarms were great for monitoring cooking if the fish. Looking forward to many more cooks ahead."

Absolutely necessary for smoking brisket!
