SKU:HiTemp140-PT-1
The HiTemp140 series data loggers record temperatures in high temperature and harsh environments with high precision. Each model includes a stainless steel enclosure that allows readings to be logged in operating environments from -4 to 284°F (-20 to 140°C). The fixed external probe is capable of measuring from -328 to 500°F (-200 to 260°C) in air, liquids, and semi-solid products.
Choose from 5 standard probe lengths: 1-inch, 2-inch, 5.25-inch, 7-inch, or a 24-inch flexible probe for measurements to 500°F (260°C). Each unit is factory calibrated with an accuracy to ±0.2°F (±0.1°C) and logging resolution of 0.02°F (0.01°C). An optional NIST-Traceable test certificate is available.
With a high temperature SS body, the HiTemp140 series loggers are ideal for use in ovens, autoclaves, research, environmental studies, food processing, and harsh ambient conditions where most loggers fall short. Simply, connect to the PC via the IFC400 USB Docking Station (sold separately), set the start time and logging interval and position the logger into the desired process or location. Readings are downloaded in high speed when reconnected.
Optional Thermal Shield Kit (-TSK models)
For extreme environmental monitoring, select a HiTemp140 logger with thermal shield kit and the entire logger will withstand ambient temperatures to 482°F (250°C) for select amounts of time (see specifications for details). Each kit includes the SS logger and thermal shield to cover the base unit leaving the probe exposed for temperature monitoring.
LogMaster Software
Free for download is our LogMaster software that works with any LogMaster series data logger. Display log files in graph, trend, data, or statistical form with options to export to Excel, overlay multiple log sessions, print reports, zoom, and annotate. Download data via USB when connected.
USB Docking Station (IFC400)
To maintain the integrity and seal of the loggers, the HiTemp140 series loggers connect to the PC via USB with the use of the required IFC400 Docking Station that is sold separately. There is no unscrewing or covers to lift off. Simply set the logger into the docking station and the software does the rest.
You won't find a cleaner, more robust temperature logging solution on the market. These loggers are accurate, rugged, and can withstand whatever you throw at them. Log temperatures where you need it with a HiTemp140 LogMaster data logger.
