Reviews

This Mini Thermocouple Meter works for at least one of my intended uses.

"The simplicity, with no wireless such as Wifi and/or Bluetooth and/or cellular, are best for my usage where and when I'm using this meter with the probe recommended by a Thermoworks person. The meter's magnet is helpful but not strong enough to keep it on my refrigerator unless the meter is positioned with the straight probe facing down with the probe tip resting on a stationary surface. The accuracy is adequate as compared with my Thermoworks infrared meter."

This thing is pitiful low quality junk.

"Arrived with bad battery. Magnet is way to weak to be useful."

Beat meat thermometer I've ever used

"This is the best one. I bought my first one over ten years ago. It would still be going strong if my dog hadn't found it. The magnet on it doesn't work well so it slid down my refrigerator door. Normally I have another magnet under it to stop it sliding but I guess I forgot. The tiny probe works great for everything and doesn't leave a large hole. It reads temp really fast so you aren't waiting. I would rate it 4. 5 stars. Half a star deducted for the weak magnet. Everything else is perfect."

auto off is very inconvenient

"Works well temperature wise, but it turns off after 4 minutes. This is very inconvenient for candy making. I received or as a gift for this purpose"

Nice Compact Thermocouple Meter

"I use this rather getting out my ThermoWorks temp meter/timer or my competitive product when I want to measure temperatures. It is compact, accurate and fits in my shirt pocket."

Perfect

"IÃâve been using one for over ten years with no issues. Just bought another one for my son. The company also has great service."

George O. (5/5)

Excellent!

"A friend told me about this great little tool. I never cooked by temperature before but he told me itÃâs the only way to go. Now after using it about ten times I agree 100%! Everything I have cooked so far comes out perfect. IÃâm using it with an thermoworks TC probe as well. It response very quickly. I highly recommend it. It seems to be very high quality."

Well worth it

"This thing is expensive, but well worth it. My first one disappeared one day and I was lost with out it. I had to anti up for a new one A. S. A. P. because I was going thru withdrawals."

Scott C. (5/5)

Just Right!

"This is a simple, versatile, inexpensive, no frills unit. It does exactly what I want, without having to deal with a convoluted user interface. It is accurate enough for my needs and has replaceable / swapable T/Cs. Just what I wanted, and nothing I didn't!"
