"Overall I think the product is great and super handy for me to check temps when I'm not in the restaurant. I wish there was a setting so that Sessions were automatically set everyday to get a better look at the graph and can clearly see data from any day. This would allow us to have a clearer view of when temps spike and drop and catch potential maintenance issues before they happen."

"My NODE Wi-Fi Temperature Monitor has one probe with an ambient sensor. I use it for a freezer which keep the temperature at 0 degrees F. I wanted a low temperature alarm of -10 F, but the keyboard that popped up to enter this value wouldn't let me enter the "-" sign. I was able to do a copy/paste from another text editing app to accomplish this, tho. Other than that, this monitor has been working flawlessly."
Failed when I needed it
"The device worked fine when I didn't need it. I could check temps , great. But it does NOT allow continuous notifications . Only one notification sent. If you miss, too bad, you are out a fridge and freeze full of food. it then it doesn't It sends another one when it is back in range?????!!!! Think it through Thermoworks! My fridge went out, it didn't go back in range. Hundreds of dollars wasted in food and th messy cleanup, ugh. Not to mention the money I wasted on 6 of these units. I have since purchased other brands with continuous alerts. Very expensive lesson learned"
Useless when it was most needed
"I unfortunately bought 8 of these things. Came to find out , when your temperature exceeds your set "high setting", it will only send one notification. Doesn't matter if you check constant notifications in settings. ( which says it will send notification at every preset interval) Rep from company said it will not. Ridiculous!!! I lost a refrigerator full of food. The one alert it supposedly send, I must have missed. It sat broken for 3 days before it was noticed. Disgusting mess! Why would it not send more than one notification??? What a waste of money!"

- Will this work to measure high temperature in the attic?
- Yes, NODE can be used in the attic. The NODE is rated to 122°F. If it is getting hotter than 122°F, we do not recommend leaving NODE in your attic.
- Do the models with probe ports come with probes or do you have to buy them separately?
- Yes, any NODE model with probe ports ships with the corresponding number of probes.
- Will I be able to monitor my Node when I’m traveling? It will be connected to my home WiFi.
- Yes absolutely! If whatever device you're checking on (phone, tablet, laptop), has an internet connection, you'll be able to see what's going on with your NODE at home.
- I have two probe model and use for refrigerator and freezer. The probe wires are a little thick and they make a small air leak on the seal for the doors. Do you have any suggestions how to minimize the air leak?
- Some gaskets are more forgiving than others. Simply moving the cable a few inches down the door or to the other side of the frame can sometimes solve the problem. If your gasket is a little too firm to fully conform to the cable, you can check with the manufacturer for their recommendations.
- I have a Node but I would like to purchase an external probe to attach to it. Is this possible ? Thank you.
- Yes you can, depending on which NODE you have. If your unit has a probe port (1 or 2 channel), you can add a compatible external probe. If it’s an ambient-only version, then it won’t support an add-on probe.
