NODE delivers continuous temperature and humidity monitoring for the spaces that matter most — wine cellars, greenhouses, garages, freezers, vacation homes, and more. Every unit ships with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate, so the data you’re monitoring is accurate from the start. Check current conditions anytime through the ThermoWorks App, and receive instant alerts when readings drift outside your set range. Early notification means early intervention, before minor shifts become costly problems.

Four configurations let you match NODE to your monitoring needs: ambient temperature only, ambient plus humidity, or models supporting one or two external Pro-Series® probes for fridges, freezers, fermentations, soil, or hard-to-reach locations. NODE connects directly to Wi-Fi and logs data to the cloud, where you can review trends, adjust alarms, and track conditions over time.

  • Remote Access via App or Dashboard: View current conditions from anywhere using the ThermoWorks App or cloud interface.
  • Configurable High/Low Alarms: Set custom thresholds and receive instant notifications when readings fall outside your range.
  • Historical Data and Trends: Review Max/Min values, averages, and graphs to track how conditions shift over hours, days, or weeks.
  • Four Configuration Options: Ambient-only, ambient + humidity, or models with one or two Pro-Series probe ports.
  • Pro-Series Probe Compatibility: External probe models connect to the full Pro-Series line for monitoring fridges, freezers, soil, liquids, and enclosed spaces.
  • Guided Wi-Fi Setup: Step-by-step in-app instructions connect NODE to your home network in minutes.
  • Durable, Splash-Resistant Build: IP66-rated housing and long battery life support continuous, long-term monitoring.
  • Verified Accuracy: Every unit ships with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.

Reviews

Overall I think the product

"Overall I think the product is great and super handy for me to check temps when I'm not in the restaurant. I wish there was a setting so that Sessions were automatically set everyday to get a better look at the graph and can clearly see data from any day. This would allow us to have a clearer view of when temps spike and drop and catch potential maintenance issues before they happen."

Works perfectly

"Works as advertised, all with the Thermoworks quality you come to expect. I love how all the Thermoworks Wi-Fi devices show up in the app. It was ver easy to set up and now I can monitor ambient temp outside my freezer and internal freezer temp via the probe, and get alerts!!"

NODE WiFi single probe

"My NODE Wi-Fi Temperature Monitor has one probe with an ambient sensor. I use it for a freezer which keep the temperature at 0 degrees F. I wanted a low temperature alarm of -10 F, but the keyboard that popped up to enter this value wouldn't let me enter the "-" sign. I was able to do a copy/paste from another text editing app to accomplish this, tho. Other than that, this monitor has been working flawlessly."

NODE® Wi-Fi Temperature and Temperature/Humidity Monito

"All seems fine, except I don’t see the ability to see historical data older than 1 week on my app."

"Set up is very easy and the product works as expected."

Could be great if it had an audio alarm and FYI, Channel 2 is the wired sensor

"This is my first Thermoworks and it seems well made and all that, but setup was frustrating and I really really wish it had a simple audio alarm. I ordered it over others because it can be run off AC with a battery backup. Nearly everything else is battery only so this is a great feature. My experiance with the set up was kind of frustrating. I opened it up and plugged it in and it goes Needs Setup. I rifled through the box it came in - a huge and nice Thermoworks products line brochure and the order sheet so I have to go googling. Ok, so it needs an app. Get the app on my phone and start things going. First thing, it goes set an alarm for channel 1 and channel 2, but I'm like what's channel 1? The ambient temp or the unlabled plugged in thermo couple? Back to google just to see what the labels of the 2 thermometers are. I labelled the channels, put alarms on them, got it all set up, and I go to look at it yesterday, and the screen on the Node is saying cannot connect. I look at the app as I'm writing this review, and it's showing temps - good, I guess it works! But it reminded me, didn't I label these channels? The Node displays CH 1 and CH 2 like who goes, "oh, CH 1 is just a little abbreviation for Channel 1 and it's what I labelled Garage, and it's saying the temp is 93, yay!" It's fine, but not impressed. So, the whole reason I got this is to let me know if somebody's left the freezer door open or if the freezer goes off. All well and good, but I'm the only one with the app! The app's is really nice to have, but the thing is I'm not the only one who lives here nor the only one who cares if the freezer needs attention, but I'm the only one who's going to be alarmed. If the Node just had an audible alarm, the Node would go from the meh, is this 150 alarm even worth it, to a wow, this Node is great little device everyone in the house can all rely on, but instead I'm on here griping about it. Could easily be a whole lot better is all I'm saying."

We just got these in.

"We just got these in. So we don’t have a lot of history with it yet but so far so good. We like the idea of being able to protect our inventory before the problem is too far gone"

Kary G. (4/5)

Easy setup

"I have these set up at two homes and setup was easy. Good piece of mind to know beef is all good."

Todd R. (5/5)

Great product

"Works great"

Perfect for my application

"I had a frozen water pipe under my pump cover that cost quite a bit to repair. I added a thermostat and heater to prevent freezing. Then I thought, how will I know if the thermostat or heater stop working? This was the solution. Very helpful staff and quick delivery. Made 1 hole for the probe and power supply and a plastic rain cover. I will sleep better during the cold winter months knowing I can check on my pump cover in seconds."

Q&A

Will this work to measure high temperature in the attic?
Yes, NODE can be used in the attic. The NODE is rated to 122°F. If it is getting hotter than 122°F, we do not recommend leaving NODE in your attic.
Do the models with probe ports come with probes or do you have to buy them separately?
Yes, any NODE model with probe ports ships with the corresponding number of probes.
Will I be able to monitor my Node when I’m traveling? It will be connected to my home WiFi.
Yes absolutely! If whatever device you're checking on (phone, tablet, laptop), has an internet connection, you'll be able to see what's going on with your NODE at home.
I have two probe model and use for refrigerator and freezer. The probe wires are a little thick and they make a small air leak on the seal for the doors. Do you have any suggestions how to minimize the air leak?
Some gaskets are more forgiving than others. Simply moving the cable a few inches down the door or to the other side of the frame can sometimes solve the problem. If your gasket is a little too firm to fully conform to the cable, you can check with the manufacturer for their recommendations.
I have a Node but I would like to purchase an external probe to attach to it. Is this possible ? Thank you.
Yes you can, depending on which NODE you have. If your unit has a probe port (1 or 2 channel), you can add a compatible external probe. If it’s an ambient-only version, then it won’t support an add-on probe.
