"Had a big brisket cook planned for family and had to make sure it was perfect. Used the smoke alarm throughout the night and it tracked everything perfect. I did indeed fall asleep at one point and was woken up by the alarm at the exact temp I set it to go off at. It was easy to set up and use. The only regret I have is not getting the 4 probe setup! "Everything is working the way I have expected it too. I did an overnight cook on my grill and the remote worked very well for me. The remote was easy to observe and the backlight was a big help. However, I do wish I could shut off the blinking NOP when I am only using one probe. I called Thermoworks to see if they could help me, and I left my phone number. I am still waiting for return call from them."

- Each base is independently paired with its receiver. So you will not have an issue running to Smoke thermometers at the same time. If you're looking for more probes, consider the Smoke X4. It features 4 probe ports instead of 2. Plus, extedend range!
