"I used the Square Dot to cook two steaks on the grill and they both came off perfect. I always left it up to a simple timer and guess work. Using the dot was night and day. Perfect medium rare on both steaks, which needed slightly different times. Highly recommend."

The device that holds the air temp probe is a different story- it’s way too small to work with my oven racks. I had to fabricate a gadget to hold the probe. Oh well, nothing is perfect."

"Used it 3 times. 3 times the meat was not cooked properly. Twice overdone, once under. I've been bbqing for years and years without a thermometer. I don't know what I was thinking about buying this product. I guess I like just throwing money away."

"I ordered a 2nd probe for meet do my husband could keep up with my meet and his. I eat smaller and often thinner cuts. We used the wrong probes and the meet got way over cooked before reaching medium rare temperatures. $48 worth of steak was ruined. We will read more on this or call customer service to see how to do better."
