Easy to use magnet probe is supplied with a 39" PTFE cable. The probe is ideal for measuring the surface temperature of ferrous metals. Many applications in the HVAC, appliance service, plant engineering and equipment research or manufacturing.

The High Temp Industrial Probes go to very high temperatures and the stems are completely sealed against moisture. The mineral insulated sheath can be easily bent to any shape and is perfect for high temp ovens and furnaces, and are often used as long-term solutions to monitoring fireboxes and grill hoods. They can also be semi-permanently installed and will resist the weather and steam. The metal sheath section can go to 2,012°F! Available in two diameters, 1/16" (K-420) or 1/8" (K-425). The smaller diameter is faster and somewhat easier to bend. The larger diameter normally survives longer however, both should last for many years with modest care. Longer cables available upon request.

Easy method to measure surface temperature permanently. The thermocouple sensing junction is located on a washer with a 1/4" diameter hole for bolting to the surface to be measured. Each probe is supplied with a 78" braided stainless steel cable for durability. Order with bare lead termination for panel meters or controllers or a mini-connector for plugging in to a handheld meter.

This high-quality penetration probe is designed for insertion into meats or food products in ovens, smokehouses or other cooking processes. Its rugged stainless steel handle provides a good grip for inserting or removing the probe and is often used by professionals who want a solid handle to grasp. The probe tip is swaged then sharpened for fast response and easy-insertion. The probe is provided with a 78" PTFE insulated cable, which can be closed in oven doors although you'll want to avoid flames or temperatures higher than 500°F. Longer cables available upon request.

The High Temp Alligator Clip Oven Probe is used by commercial kitchens to calibrate and profile ovens. A stainless steel overbraid protects the probe and a fiberglass inner sheath protects the 120" lead. The clip can be easily attached to an oven rack and allows you to place it right where you need it. Great for temporary monitoring of oven temps during roasting or baking.

The High Temp Smokehouse Penetration Probe features a stainless overbraid to protect the cable. This probe is perfect for smoking meats, its 78" cable is small enough in diameter to be closed in a home kitchen oven door and has a 90° bend. It's also ideal for general purpose use. When used with our pot clip, it makes a good stovetop probe for candy or indoor deep frying.

The High Temp Flexible Ceramic Fiber Insulated Probe is used in commercial ovens and furnaces. Good choice to monitor the ambient temperatures of fireboxes, kilns, grills, etc. However, it's not designed for direct food measurements.

Penetration probe used by commercial smokehouses. The 78" cable is covered by a flexible stainless steel armor and has a wider temperature range. It will survive longer than other probes when stepped on, manhandled, kinked, slammed in doors or exposed to the higher temperatures to 662ºF. It should be protected from direct exposure to flames and should not be immersed past the stainless probe section. The armor is not easily closed in a regular home oven door, so choose a different probe for standard kitchen use. You can still break this probe if you try, but it is the toughest probe available.
