Much smaller than other sous vide probes, the ultra-tiny Mini-Needle Probe measures 0.04-inch diameter (1.1mm) for minimal intrusion into the sealed bag while delivering Super-Fast® 2-second response. Attach a small strip of the closed-cell adhesive-backed foam to the bag before penetration to fully seal up the hole during and after use.
The Therma K is a professional, type K thermometer with a large digit display capable of accuracies to ±0.9°F (±0.5°C) from 32 to 212°F (0 to 100°C) and full range to 2500°F depending on the probe being used. Each unit includes a NIST-Traceable calibration certificate.
