Oven Cooking Probe (-170)

This high-quality penetration probe is designed for insertion into meats or food products in ovens, smokehouses or other cooking processes. Its rugged stainless steel handle provides a good grip for inserting or removing the probe and is often used by professionals who want a solid handle to grasp. The probe tip is swaged then sharpened for fast response and easy-insertion. The probe is provided with a 78" PTFE insulated cable, which can be closed in oven doors although you'll want to avoid flames or temperatures higher than 500°F. Longer cables available upon request.
