I love my one piece heat resistant spatula
"These are great, they are the only ones I use. No seams, nothing to fall off, just a single silicone covered spatula. It doesn't melt when you're making stir fry. Flexible to get everything off the side of a bowl, stiff enough to scrape up fond from the bottom of the pan."

"I really wanted to love this spatula. I received the mi I versions as a freebie. It's perfect. But the 22. 5 in bends too much when trying to scrape out a bowl. The bend causes there to be an awkward angle when between the bowl I'm supporting and the handle of the spatula."
