The Pro-Series High Temp Cooking Probe has a 6" long probe with a right angle bend for easy pulling from meats or turkeys. Probe tip and sensor read temperatures to 572°F for deep-frying. Good general-purpose probe that reaches the center of large roasts and turkeys.

Designed for use in the commercial kitchens and professional settings, the Pro-Series Probes deliver better accuracy, faster readings, unique designs, wider temperature ranges and better moisture resistance than the probes sold with low-cost “houseware-grade” temperature alarms.
