"I have only used it once so far, but it is so easy to use! The app and the interface are great, easy to set up and very accurate. I did buy the extra large case and 5 probe spools to keep it all organized, and that made it much easier to store. So far, I love it!"

I have a gravity fed

"I have a gravity fed smoker. Everything works got except when I open the door to my stumps stretch the temp will drop 25 degrees. The signals and billows fan does not allow you to adjust when the pulsating fan starts. It is programmed to start pulsating around 25 degrees below target tenp. And because of this it takes too long to get my stumps back up to set temp. I can’t believe that there is no adjustment for this as every smoker is different and one size does not fit all"

Very short usage life

"I love this product, but. . . I don't think it's made very well. I've had it for several years but I'm only a home user that maybe smokes pork shoulders 1-4 times per year. That means, at most, I've used this product 20 times. Today, it lost wifi connectivity and the screen was showing garbage so I rebooted it. It reconnected to wifi but one of the temp probes began malfunctioning. About an hour later, wifi dropped again so I rebooted again. This time, wifi never came back and two sensors were providing inaccurate data. About an hour later, the unit completely failed and will not turn on and will not reset. For $250, it should be a robust and reliable product which it is not."

What dose HHH mean
