When refrigerators and freezers drift out of range, you don’t get a warning — you get spoiled food, ruined wine, or compromised medication. BEEP Mini protects against that by monitoring two zones at once, catching sudden spikes and slow failures before they turn into losses. With lab-verified ±0.9°F accuracy and both an internal air sensor and an external probe, it tracks what’s happening inside fridges, freezers, coolers, and storage spaces in real time.

Set your high and low limits, place the unit or the probe where it matters, and walk away. If temperatures slip out of your safe zone, BEEP Mini sounds a loud ≥80 dB alarm so you know immediately — not hours later. With IP66 water resistance, a magnetic back for mounting on doors and racks, and a battery that runs for up to 6,000 hours, it keeps watch long after you forget it’s there.

  • Hear Problems Before They Cost You: A loud ≥80 dB alarm alerts you the moment temperatures move outside your safe range.
  • Verified Accuracy: Each unit includes a NIST-traceable calibration certificate validating precision.
  • Monitor Two Zones at Once: Track ambient air with the built-in sensor or mount it outside and run the probe inside for readings at a glance.
  • Lab-Grade Accuracy Where It Matters: ±0.9°F accuracy ensures you’re reacting to real temperature changes, not noise.
  • Built for Cold, Wet Environments: IP66 water resistance stands up to condensation, spills, and fridge humidity.
  • Mount It Where You Need It: A magnetic back sticks to fridge doors, freezers, and coolers for easy viewing.
  • See What Happened While You Were Away: Max and min memory shows the highest and lowest temps reached while you weren’t looking.
  • Runs for Months Without Attention: Up to 6,000 hours on a single CR2032 battery keeps BEEP Mini working nonstop.

There’s nothing worse than opening the fridge to spoiled steaks or stepping into the greenhouse to find delicate seedlings scorched. BEEP Mini is your go-to refrigerator thermometer and freezer alarm, sounding off the moment temps slip out of your safe zone. From party platters to precious meds, you’ll catch trouble before it ever ruins your plans.

This temperature monitor with alarm keeps tabs on two spots at once. Place the entire unit inside any critical space and its internal sensor will track the air right where it sits. Or, mount it outside using the magnetic back and run the probe inside for readings at a glance. No matter how you use BEEP Mini, you’ll always know when temps stray.

Not everyone wants another app or a device tied to Wi-Fi. BEEP Mini is a simple fridge and freezer temp alert system: no pairing, no passwords, no updates. Just set your high and low alerts and walk away. It stands guard with rock-solid reliability and tells you loud and clear when something’s wrong — so you stay in control, no tech headaches needed.

Cheap simple monitor

"No app. No connecting to wifi it just works. Setting alarms are simple with the push buttons. Not super loud but loud enough to hear on the first floor with them in the basement. It's also cool to see what the actual temperature is of our freezers."

Just What I Was Looking For!

"I have a 13 year-old chest freezer with a blown power indicator light. Since I usually have several hundred dollars of food in it, I wanted a simple way to know when it dies. This is a perfect, inexpensive alarm that meets my needs. Simple set-up took less than a minute (not sure about reviewers that had issues-I’m a 60 year-old guy and not a techie). My freezer ranges between minus 15-20, and I set my alarm for 0. If (when) the alarm goes off, I’ll know to keep the lid closed and run out for a replacement. For the reviewer that had an issue getting the suction cup to stick, I learned this when my kitchen sink organizer did the same with my new SS sink. Clean with rubbing alcohol (defrosted obviously) and add a small amount of petroleum jelly to the cup."

Can't trust it.

"The directions seem to be from China, no clear direction at all. alarm keeps going off no mater what the high and low are set to. I am still changing the settings daily to find a sweet spot."

Home freezers

"I bought 6 of these for my shop fridges and freezers. They work great."

Marlon S. (5/5)

Difficult to set up.

"Very difficult to set up and use, instructions are unclear. I think I may have got one alarm set up, but then it alarmed and the freezer temperature was in the correct range. I bought this one thinking it would be simple and easy to use, disappointed."

Potentially useful but too responsive for monitoring high limits

"I was interested in monitoring my freezer temperature (especially the daily min/max), but every time I open the door, the air exchange causes the probe to read 30,40,50+ degrees, depending on how long the door is open. This causes the measured high temp to be much higher than it actually was for 99. 99% of the day. It would be more useful for fridge/freezer monitoring if the temperature was more heavily averaged and less responsive. What I end up doing is resetting the ext max temp each night and checking it in the morning, hoping that it's going to incorporate a defrost cycle. But readings at the end of the day are meaningless because the door gets opened at each mealtime."

It works.

"BEEP Mini works well. I'm using the wired probe with the probe tip inserted through the included suction cup which has a hole for the probe. With that probe & suction cup attached to the non-magnetic inside of the freezer door, the BEEP Mini itself is positioned on the side of the freezer where I can see & hear it. Now I know when & for how long the defrost cycle of the frost-free freezer occurs, with the real time degrees shown on the BEEP Mini's screen. I set the low temperature alarm for -11 F, and the high pemperature alarm for 28 F. There are times I'm glad I have hearing loss, and the alarm going off periodically during the defrost cycle is tolerable. People with normal hearing could mount the Beep Mini inside a transparent case to reduce the alarm volume which is periodic when out of temperature limits. People with a manual defrost freezer will get an alarm only when a serious event occurs."

Good Item!

"I like how affordable this item is. The suction cup doesn't stick well to the inside of a freezer."

Eric H. (4/5)

Very difficult to set up.

"Very difficult to set up. Keys are small which attracted me to it but did not anticipate the onerous of changing settings"

Charles G. (1/5)

Less than thrilled

"I'm still figuring it out. Not sure yet whether it's great or just ok"
