Signals + Billows + Kamado Joe = Cheating
"For years I was a purist - I took a lot of pride manually controlling the airflow from the top and bottom vents of my Kamado. Finally bought the Signals + Billows and this is just cheating! 1) The Kamado was up to temperature (225) in under 10 minutes - unreal. 2) I have never been able to maintain a consistent 225 temperate for hours - I mean so consistent 3) It is fun to hear the Billows "pulsing" air in to the Kamado to maintain temperature Buy once, cry once have been smokes the rest of your life! I just regret waiting this long to purchase it!"
As promised!
"The Signals console is accurate and weighty. It has the capacity to activate the Billows Fan, the fan needs another power source to power up. The setup is fast. Connectivity with the APP enhances the users pleasure and temperature adjustments easier on the APP. I am using a drum smoker and it performed flawlessly. 1st was mac n cheese @ 325°, 2nd was meatloaf @375°, Finally a London Broil @225°. The Signals brain followed the temperatures in-putted. It is Everything that a meathead, like me, wants. Thanks to ThermoWorks, I have achieved new status"
So far so good
"I’ve used it one time with the billows to keep the big green egg at a low temp that I couldn’t do prior. Had a roast on for 6 hours & it kept the temperature right where I wanted it."
"Many things that i like about this Signals Alarm are the 4 chanells and WiFi connection also how it’s built and look amaze!!"
Signal thermometer very dissatisfied!!!!!
"Extremely weak Bluetooth connection and will not connect to the wi-fi network! Highly disappointed. I have the smoke thermometer and love it!"
Bluetooth Weak
"I like the unit and the app with the exception that it loses connectivity with the phone when you're still relatively close to the main unit. I lose connectivity in my garage and my offset smoker is in the bakc yard. I thought part of the promotion of the unit is the fact that it has strong connectivity. And I use Google fiber, a very strong internet"
A great tool
"I have the 4 port and I'm glad I picked it over the 2 port. This is my go to monitoring system. It makes my Traeger Pro 34 a WIFi enabled smoker. I can set it and if the alarm goes off, my phone picks it up and sounds the alarm. This is great all around but invaluable when doing a brisket overnight. I use 3 probes most of the time. One is monitoring smoker temp and 2 for the brisket. Granted, those wires go bad but you'll get to know when they fail so be sure to have some extras on hand."
Works perfectly!
"A must for anyone who wants to manage their cook! Can’t believe I waited do long…"

"Therm said burgers were 155… they were raw."
Q&A
- What dose HHH mean
- HHH could mean a couple of different things. Either the temperature you're reading is above 572°F, or the probe or cable is damaged. You can give our Tech Support a call if you have any questions. 801-756-7705
