ThermoWorks’ Pro-Series® thermistor probes are commercial quality temperature probes engineered in Utah by ThermoWorks and designed to work with the Signals, ChefAlarm, DOT, BlueDOT, Smoke and Smoke X thermometers. The Pro-Series probes utilize a thermistor sensor to bring you a more economical probe offering. These temperature probes are great for BBQ, oven-roasting, deep frying, and chocolate making.
