All the features of the market-changing DishTemp, now with Bluetooth wireless technology, DishTemp Blue accurately and irreversibly records the max surface temperature of dishware in commercial dishwashers and saves the recordings directly to a smart device. Engineered with molded-in, water-tight seals, using industrial-grade materials, DishTemp Blue carries an IP66 rating and comes with a NIST-Traceable Calibration Certificate so you know its accurate, and a 1-year warranty.

Simply turn DishTemp Blue on, toss it in with the other wares and view the max surface temperature after the dish cycle ends. Use during audits and daily logs. What is an IP Rating?
An IP rating, also known as "International Protection" or "Ingress Protection" rating, is a value assigned to a product that determines its susceptibility to ingress from solids and liquids. The first numeric digit relates to the level of protection against solid objects, and the second numeric digit indicates the level of protection against liquid ingress.

IP66 - No ingress of dust (6); Protected against strong jets of water e.g. for use on shipdecks - limited ingress permitted (6).

DishTemp Blue not worth the $$

"Device works, although Bluetooth capabilities do not work at all. The instructions provided with the device are not updated. The application name provided in the instructions is not accurate (application name has been updated). Then, after downloading the assumingly correct application, I tried to connect the application to my device. Guess what? The device does not exist on the app. So kind of scammy to advertise as a bluetooth capable device, when in fact it is not. Purchased in April, calibration certificate expires October. Don't buy the Bluetooth model. It is extra $$ for no extra perks. lol I was going to attach a screenshot of the application but to add to the glitchy software issues, the 'add photo' button will not work :)"

Works well but bluetooth capability not fully explained until after purchase.

"The puck is the same as the non bluetooth model which is good quality. Issue I have is that I thought the bluetooth model would be worth the extra cost to have the capability of tracking the use via computer/online. It was not explained in the description that some proprietary app would need to be used that requires an additional subscription."

No Brainer

"Very Accurate. It helped me catch an issue with my water heater last week. . ."

Dish Review

"this is a nice item to have. I don't have a phone that could take advantage of the Bluetooth. But that was not a big problem for me. It was so easy to just slip it onto the conveyer of the Hobart washer, with the dishes. And check out the temp during different load levels. And see how the amount of dishes and type of pots affected the temp. Even on long industrial size Hobart my employer has. Some energy can leave the washer with the pans and dishes. It can be very informative if used smartly."
